- Butter and flour 4 6-ounce ramekins.
- Melt one stick of butter with 6 ounces of bittersweet chocolate.
- In a separate bowl whisk together 2 eggs, 2 egg yolks and 1/4 cup of sugar until thick.
- Whisk in 2 teaspoons of flour.
- Whisk the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
- Fill the ramekins and bake for 6 minutes at 450 degrees.
